TRAVELING FROM THE SOUTH:

VIA Route 21

Take Route 21 NORTH to exit 13 (Sign reads “Botany Village / Ackerman Ave / Garfield”).

At the bottom of the ramp (light) make a LEFT onto Ackerman Ave.

At the next light, make a RIGHT onto Cheever Avenue.

Follow Cheever Avenue up to first light. (Randolph Ave)

Continue straight at the light, the road then becomes Clifton Avenue and go through 4 lights.  (1^st light = Lexington Ave, 2^nd = Lakeview Ave, 3^rd = Getty Ave, 4^th = Main Ave)

Office entrance is 100 feet down on right after 4^th light. “VBC” offices are on the first and second floors, the entrance is on the left when looking at the building.

VIA Garden State Parkway

Take the Garden State Parkway NORTH to exit 154 (Sign reads “Route 46 East”).

Enter Route 46 EAST, go through 3 successive traffic lights.  (Dress Barn, Dollar Dreams & Burger King will be landmarks on your right.)

200 feet after the third light, bear RIGHT off the highway.  (Sign reads “Piaget Ave / Main Ave / Botany Village”).  You are now on Piaget Ave.

Go down Piaget Ave (1/4 mile) and make RIGHT at second light onto Main Avenue.  (White Castle will be the landmark on the corner.)

Go down Main Avenue to the fourth light and make a RIGHT onto Clifton Avenue.  (Nail Salon will be on the corner.)  (1^st light = Washington Ave, 2^nd light = Union Ave, 3^rd light = Harding Ave, 4^th light = Clifton Ave)

Office entrance is 100 feet down on right. “VBC” offices are on the first and second floors, the entrance is on the left when looking at the building.

VIA NJ Turnpike

Take the New Jersey Turnpike NORTH to 16W.

After toll plaza, stay left and follow signs for Route 3 WEST.

Go up and over Route 3 and bear right onto Route 3 WEST and avoid entering the Sports Complex.

Follow directions below for traveling via Route 3 WEST.

TRAVELING FROM THE NORTH:

VIA Garden State Parkway

Take the Garden State Parkway SOUTH to exit 157 (Sign reads “Garfield, Route 46 & Route 20”).

Enter Route 46 WEST, go approximately 1 1/4 miles over Passaic River, bear RIGHT to stay on Route 46 WEST.  Follow jug handle around and continue on Route 46 WEST.

Get into middle lane and bear off Route 46 WEST onto Route 21 SOUTH.

Take first exit, Exit 14 for “Lexington Avenue.” (Exit comes up quick after entering Route 21 SOUTH.)

Take Lexington 7/10ths of a mile to the third light* and make a RIGHT onto Clifton Avenue.  (Texaco landmark on your right)  *(1^st light = Randolph Ave, 2^nd = Piaget Ave, 3^rd = Clifton Ave)

Take Clifton Avenue through 3 lights.  (1^st light = Lakeview Ave, 2^nd = Getty Ave, 3^rd = Main Ave)

TRAVELING FROM THE EAST:

VIA Route 46

Take Route 46 WEST (through Hasbrouck Heights, Lodi, Elmwood Park, Garfield) into Clifton, over Passaic River, bear RIGHT to stay on Route 46 WEST.  Follow jug handle around and continue on Route 46 WEST.

Get into middle lane and bear off Route 46 WEST onto Route 21 SOUTH.

Take first exit, Exit 14 for “Lexington Avenue.”

Take Lexington 7/10ths of a mile to the third light* and make a RIGHT onto Clifton Avenue.  (Texaco landmark on your right)  *(1^st light = Randolph Ave, 2^nd = Piaget Ave, 3^rd = Clifton Ave)

Take Clifton Avenue through 3 lights.  (1^st light = Lakeview Ave, 2^nd = Getty Ave, 3^rd = Main Ave)

VIA Route 80

Take Route 80 WEST to exit 62, “Saddle Brook / Garden State Parkway.”  Enter Garden State Parkway SOUTH.

Follow directions above for traveling via Garden State Parkway SOUTH.

VIA Route 3

Take Route 3 WEST to the “Broad Street” exit.  (The exit after Bloomfield Avenue).

At the bottom of the ramp (light), make a RIGHT onto Allwood Road.

At the next light, make a LEFT onto Clifton Avenue.  (Saveway Cleaners is landmark on your right.)

Take Clifton Avenue exactly 2.5 miles through 6 lights*, VBC office is just before the 7th light on your left, on the first & second floors, the entrance is on the left when looking at the building.  *(1^st light = St. Andrews Blvd, 2^nd = St. James Pl, 3^rd = Van Houten, 4^th = Colfax, 5^th = Paulison, 6^th = Third St)

TRAVELING FROM THE WEST:

VIA Route 46

Take Route 46 EAST (through Wayne, West Paterson, Little Falls) into Clifton, stay to your left to avoid entering Route 3.

After you bear left onto 46 EAST you will pass Fette Ford, Lexington Chevrolet, and cross over the Garden State Parkway.

Go through 3 successive traffic lights on Route 46 in Clifton.  (Dress Barn, Dollar Dreams, and Burger King will be landmarks on your right.)  (1^st light = 7^th St, 2^nd = Montgomery St, 3^rd = Day St)

200 feet after the third light, bear RIGHT off the highway.  The sign reads “Piaget Ave / Main Ave / Botany Village”.  You are now on Piaget Ave.

Go down Piaget Ave (1/4 mile) and make RIGHT at second light onto Main Avenue.  (White Castle will be the landmark on the corner.)

Go down Main Avenue to the fourth light and make a RIGHT onto Clifton Avenue.  (Nail Salon will be on the corner.)  (1^st light = Washington, 2^nd light = Union, 3^rd light = Harding, 4^th light = Clifton)

VIA Route 80

Take Route 80 EAST to exit 57A (Sign reads “Route 19 South / Clifton / Paterson.”)

Take Route 19 SOUTH for 1.5 miles until highway divides.

When highway divides, bear right following signs for “Route 46 / Broad Street.”  (Do not enter Garden State Parkway!!)

Before 1^st light, bear right and take jug handle heading for Colfax Avenue.

At light, continue straight onto Colfax Avenue.

Go down Colfax Avenue to the first light and make a LEFT onto Clifton Avenue.  (Mobil Station will be on the corner.)

Parking is available in the municipal parking lot directly across the street from the VBC offices without charge.
